Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible to customers’ admin enquiries on company products and services in a timely and proficient manner via phone and email.
• Handle day-to-day matters and providing proficient support for administration processes.
• Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administrative activities.
• Liaise with customers and sales department on administrative duties.
• Update and maintain administration records.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
• Assist in overall aspect of accounting functions.
• Assist in daily operations of the finance department.
• Assist in preparation of Bank Reconciliation.
• Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadline set by the Management.
• Any other task assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to read and write in MALAY, ENGLISH and CHINESE.
• Ability to work independently, proactive and manage numerous priorities simultaneously
• Professional attitude & approach
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in diverse teams
• Proficiency with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
