ADMIN ASSISTANT TO EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN AND PRESIDENT OFFICE (CITAGLOBAL BERHAD - MENARA TH1 PLAZA SENTRAL) JOB PURPOSE : Provide all types of admin and personal support as needed in the various areas for the Executive Chairman and President Office.
ACCOUNTABILITIES: -Provide administrative and research support for the senior leadership which includes maintaining records and filing highly confidential reference documents.
-Assist in prepare the correspondence, reports, proposals, and other documents.
-Handle all administrative including following-up on tasks for the Executive Chairman and President Office needs.
-Handle scheduling, coordinates, and manage the Executive Chairman and President Office calendar.
-Manage the travel and accommodation needs for Executive Chairman and President's calendar to ensure effective use of his time.
-Flexible to assist matters relating to the Executive Chairman and President's family -Assist in manage and supervise the overtime of the Executive Chairman and President's personal driver and security assistant.
-Any other duties and responsibilities assigned.

-At least 2- 4 years of working experience.
-Able to multi-task effectively and adapt quickly to the wide-ranging and diverse tasks that will be assigned.
-Willing to work late (or early) and weekends when necessary.
Skill -Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and other related software.
-Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team.
-Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
-Ability to collect and analyze data, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendation.
