Details of the offer

Handling of general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying to management.
Prepare and update documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Key-In database, queries of quotation and purchase.
Update attendance record & HR related Documents.
Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
Responsible in a various financial transaction such as bank statements expenditures and others.
Ensures that all accounting information is keyed into the financial systems correctly and in a timely manner.
Familiar with the accounting system (Autocount or SQL).
Have knowledge in Microsoft Office (word, excel)
