We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin (Property Management) to join our dynamic team at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN.

in our KL Eco City Kuala Lumpur office.
As a full-time member of our administration team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our property management operations.
What you'll be doing
Handling a variety of administrative tasks related to property management, including processing rental and service charge payments, maintaining tenant records, and coordinating property maintenance and repairs.
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and other property-related documentation.
Serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinating with property management contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure the efficient delivery of services.
Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the overall improvement of our property management processes.
Willing to travel when required.
What we're looking for
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in property management administration or a similar administrative role.
Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for candidates as the role involves interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Hold a valid driving license and own reliable transportation.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with property management software.
A detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset, with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
A team player who is eager to contribute to the success of the property management department.
