**Responsibilities**- To manage confidential documents, correspondences, records and maintain an organized filing for smooth data retrieval.- To manage e-leave record, monitor and record staff movement, leave and attendance records and other HR relates data at Payroll system.- Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail for the Human Resources department- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time- Prepare and retains records of various reports on computer.- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the office, including location of various files, documents and reports.
