Details of the offer

Able to work in Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang- Min Diploma holder in relevant fields- Maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data- Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or calculations- Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, compassionate leave and non-taxable wages- Calculating payroll liabilities by determining employee taxes, including federal and state income and social security tax, and calculating employer's payments for social security, unemployment and worker's compensation- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries- Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures- Processing and issuing employees' payslip- Perform administration tasks- Able to use Microsoft Office- SQL preferable- Able to communicate in Mandarin**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Penang Hill: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- Are you able to work in Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)**Location**:- Penang Hill (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)Application Deadline: 03/14/2024Expected Start Date: 03/15/2024
