Salary: RM 1600-2000

Job Description
Chrisjac is currently seeking individuals who are interested in office filing administration assistant for an established insurance company in Kuala Lumpur.
Basic Job Function
This junior position would be responsible for record keeping tasks and filing of documents, completing paperwork and clerical duties.
Some of the job duties would include:Responsible for daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail, all photocopy work and all mail distribution.
Responsible for filing or attaching mail.
Responsible for file pulls as redirected by immediate supervisor.
Responsible for maintenance of all claim files, replacing old files.
Responsible for returning all files to the respective file shelves.
Perform data entry tasks when required.
Maintenance of records and filing activities.
The Candidate
Malaysians age below 28.
Minimum Qualification: SPM.
1-2 years of work experience in office filing maintenance system.
Work experience in insurance industry would be an advantage.
Good computer and data entry skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
