The Admin Assistant manages the day-to-day operations of the Sistem Latihan Dual Nasional (SLDN) apprenticeship program.
This includes training coordination, compliance, and communication between apprentices, employers, and training providers.
The role also involves administrative tasks such as documentation, attendance tracking, and processing payments.
ResponsibilitiesTraining Coordination:
Develop balanced training programs, establish schedules, track progress, and support training providers.
Compliance Management:
Ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards and regulations, maintain documentation, and conduct audits.
Communication & Support:
Act as a liaison between all stakeholders, providing support and addressing concerns.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage registration, process allowances, maintain attendance and performance records, and handle paperwork.
General Program Management:
Monitor program performance, report progress, and participate in meetings.
Job RequirementsEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
Experience:
At least 1 year in program coordination or related field.
Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and program management software.
