Job Responsibilities:To work closely with senior managerial or directorial staff to provide administrative support.
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information including data management and filing.
Revising and typing routine letters, memoranda, minutes of meetings, standards for office correspondence, etc.
Receiving and screening visitors and phone calls, enquiries and requests; taking messages, scheduling appointments, and handling them when appropriate.
Post-meeting follow-up as and when required.
Travel arrangements such as hotel and flight booking.
Purchasing and maintaining a sufficient stock level of office stationery and office equipment.
Handling and explaining facilities renting with care.
Assisting the Executive Secretary and Facilities Executive in daily operations.
Other duties assigned by the Executive Secretary and Directors.
Requirements:Preferably with a Diploma or other equivalent qualifications and above.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Autocad or basic art & design software is an advantage.
Required language(s): Good spoken and written skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
