Overview
This role supports daily HR operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth department functions.
Responsibilities include general clerical duties such as mailing, scanning, copying, and handling phone calls.
The candidate will assist with administrative tasks based on departmental needs, maintain an organized filing system, and undertake ad-hoc duties as required.
Key responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations and handle various administrative tasks to support the HR function
Assist in onboarding and orientation for new employees
Coordinate with vendors to prepare and issue payment vouchers
Maintain an organized and efficient filing system
Perform ad-hoc HR tasks and other duties as assigned
Education and professional skills/ knowledge
Experience & Education:
Preferably candidates with Certificate/Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field
Other skills:
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with a commitment to continuous learning and a hands-on approach
High attention to detail with strong follow-up skills to ensure accuracy and completion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
