Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate customer records in the company's database- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services- Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to management- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed- Assist in organizing company events and meetings- Perform other duties as assigned by management**Requirements**:- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred- 2+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plusThe above job description is just a general overview, and the specific duties and requirements may vary depending on the organization and industry.**Full Job Description**- Assisting and supports Team for quotation preparation.- Respond to daily enquiries and follow up from customers- Must be computer literate.- To assist on general paper work, documentation and filing.- To perform any ad-hoc duties.Required:- Self starter, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.- Good written and communication skills.
