What is the opportunity?
Investor & Treasury Services Malaysia is a processing center of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographic time zones. The country employs a global operating model to maximise efficiencies across time zones and supports a 24/7 operations.

As Administrator, you will contribute to a team that is accountable for operational effectiveness, risk management, and ultimately, client satisfaction.

You ensure that all client instructions are executed to a high standard of service and accuracy including team collaboration and interaction with other team members within the department.

Working Hours : according the Regions assigned
Regions : Asia Pacific / Europe

What will you do?

Contribute to ongoing client satisfaction by ensuring their needs and expectations are met through service excellence; propose initiatives to improve service quality and help resolve issues.
Responsible for all activities are being completed and delivered within agreed timeframes , ensure each individual transactions are entered against appropriate documents.
Carry out cross-training for developmental and back-up purposes, ensure ownership of the training plan for direct reports.
Mitigate financial/reputational risk by ensuring appropriate controls are developed and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements or company policies.
Assist in business improvement and client integration projects.
Participate in decreasing the risk of errors in the team by suggesting appropriate controls and updating procedures.
Ensure that team processing policies and procedures are kept relevant and updated at all times.
Support the identification of new technology and operational processes to effectively reduce costs, increase quality service and ensure accuracy.

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Post-secondary education with an economical background/finance or equivalent experience.
Typically 2 years’ of relevant experience or financial services industry in an operations environment.
Good interpersonal and networking skills with a proven track record of dealing with clients, senior management ,colleagues and staff.
Fluency in English (both oral and written).
Digital savviness with strong MS Office and Excel skills.

Nice-to-have
A sense of urgency to achieve excellent results.

Flexible, ability to cope with stress and pressure.
Good organizational awareness.
Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
