What is the opportunity?

As analyst of OTC Derivatives Services you will be managing the day-to-day OTC activities, including the management/verification of trades process, OTC pricing and Reporting to DTCC. The person will also have responsibility for ensuring that accurate and timely client servicing is a priority.

The position requires good experience and background in operations including familiarity with OTC product.

Team focus, dynamic. This person is proactive and he/she adds value by working on a number of simultaneous tasks with minimal supervision while paying special attention to details.

What will you do?

Daily support to internal team for OTC deliveries

Ensure quality and timeliness around all OTC booking, validation , pricing and Reporting;

Review reconciliation and escalate issues to broker or internal;

After investigation and 4 eyes check, communicate trade discrepancies to internal partner to assist in resolving mismatches between client and its counterparties.

Ensure all queries are managed effectively and escalation are sent to the Manager on timely manner;

Signoff on daily process requirement.;

Liaise with other department units (mainly FA, Back Office) to ensure a high-quality service;

Implement processes for team efficiencies and participate in business improvements and Fund integration projects;

Ensure procedures are updated (in accordance with internal and client policies) and adhered to and where necessary define them.

What do you need to succeed?


Experience in OTC Derivatives Activity / OTC Middle or Operations;

Experience with Bloomberg and OTC pricing platforms (Markit, Bval and ICE);

Knowledge of Corporate Actions (merger, split, etc) impacting mainly equities;

Knowledge of Market event mainly on CDS/X; and TRS processing flow

Familiarity with financial instrument

Computer literacy including good knowledge of Access - VBA (creating excel macros, creating queries and forms in Access, VBA codes);

Excellent written and oral communication skills.


CFA certification /Master in Finance with specialization in Financial Markets

Knowledge of Fund accounting (realized, unrealized and P&L)

Ability to handle multiple task under extremely time sensitive conditions;
