Innovative projects that deliver cutting edge results do not run themselves. Project and Program Management within Business Support ensure projects run seamlessly, from start to finish. Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Defines supporting and/or driving process improvements.
+ Support PM and collaborating with IT/system solution providers to improve performance and innovate.
+ Coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity, which bring distinct, specific projects to completion on time and within budget.
+ Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project.
+ Analyze and prioritize user requirements.
+ Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
+ Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and applications.
+ Conduct regular communication cadence to keep stakeholder informed on project status; stay connected with users.
+ Generate data and provide metrics analysis.
+ Initiate and maintain reporting cadence.
+ Publish and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions with business users.
+ Secure and lead the extended project team through out the project life cycle.
+ Manage IT through the development and implementation process.
+ Coordinate UAT, deployment activities and post-installation testing.
+ Lead demo session.
+ Train the metrics manager on analyzing and pulling data.
+ Educate and prepare business users of system and business process change.
+ Compile and execute communication plans for internal and external users globally.
+ Design, compose and carry out training sessions for all users of the tool.
+ Engaging with executives to get their buy in on upcoming changes & drive for change.
+ Identify the method of pulling metrics.
**Essential Requirements:**
+ Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
+ Strong analytical capabilities including report development and analysis as well as making data-driven recommendations and decisions.
+ Ability to build effective business relationships internally and externally to have the ability to clearly communicate across all levels of the organization.
+ Strong presentation delivery and development skills.
+ Analytical skill and able to operate power BI and SQL
