-Create content, idea generation, and marketing banners planning for regularly scheduled posts, enlightening audiences and promoting messages or campaigns.
-Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ad, etc.)
-Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
-Manage and grow social media accounts by creating engaging posts, responding to comments, and building a community.
-Foster community growth by responding to comments, messages, and queries across social platforms. Host interactive campaigns to encourage user-generated content and brand loyalty.
-Build partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and external collaborators.
-Host and manage engaging live streams on social media platforms to promote brand visibility, online sales boosting and connect with the audience effectively.
-Manage and work closely with brand ambassador, influencer and partner.
-Prepare detailed performance reports and measure success against KPIs.
-Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trending content topics.
-Develop strategies to improve online presence and engagement rates.
-Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

-Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Advertising / Public Relations / Event Management / Brand Management / Creative / Design.
-Preferably 2 years of digital marketing management experience.
-Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
-A self-starter, possessing a positive learning attitude and team player.
-Results driven with an attitude to constantly exceed targets and eagerness to consistently exceed objectives and improve processes.
-High attention to detail with excellent follow-through and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned projects and tasks.
