Details of the offer

• Defining qualitative and quantitative annual targets in consultation with the board of management.
• Deriving or preparing suitable measures to achieve these targets.
• Implementing and pushing through the measures relating to merchandise, service loyalty, parts, accessories and workshop turnover, as well as guaranteeing a high quality of customer care.
• Defining a range of Aftersales services offered by the dealership and oriented towards the appropriate target groups, with consideration for the competitive environment.
• Guaranteeing participation in the respective brands (PROTON & SUBARU) Service Report in order to establish benchmarking in comparison with other dealerships.
• Responsible for workshop capacity utilisation.
• Ensures flawless work quality by means of suitable workshop equipment, test instruments and method.
• Manage and guide staff to improve their productivity, competency and commitment.
• Monitor claim processing lead time at frontline and production and ensure warranty claims are submitted to principals promptly.
• Monitor parts operation in compliance to the Company's standard operation procedures.
• Ensure all insurance claim WIP’s are updated on weekly basis and submit to respective collision repair overall PIC.
• Monitor insurance claims movement, submission and approval in the Merimem system.
• Undertake and perform any other ad-hoc duties, assignments and responsibilities as assigned by the CEO from time to time as and when required.
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Marketing or equivalent with Automotive related experienced.
• At least five (5) years working experience in handling workshop and after sales industry.
• Must be hands on, details oriented and dedicated.
• Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
• Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.
• Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
• Good command of English / Bahasa Mala
