Aftermarket Coordinator Cum Admin

• To provide administrative support to the aftermarket teams. • To work with operation team to ensure customers' expectations are met • Verifies item received & quantities between Purchase Order & Delivery Order, maintain stock accuracy in physical state & be updated in the system. • Monitors, audits stock items & costing on a monthly basis. • Responsible for maintaining all data in the system and maintain proper for both print & electronic documents. • Preparation and compilation of monthly reports on time as required by the superiors. • Perform any other tasks or ad hoc assignments as required by superiors from time to time.
