Your role will involve contributing to both regional and global initiatives to ensure operational excellence.
In addition, you will:
Prepare as required and assist with technical inputs on projects and working on interfaces, with increased responsibility and complexity.
Prepare, review, analyse, and interpret technical data more independently and accurately.
Take on greater responsibility in report writing and Technical Note preparation, focusing on creating initial reports and analyses for review by experienced professionals.
Undertake more complex analytical work, create and maintain advanced spreadsheets and databases.
Attend meetings together with senior managers and support where needed.
Ensure all deliverables fully comply with approved instructions, procedures, and policies and contribute to process improvements.
Actively engage with mentors and begin mentoring less experienced colleagues, providing insights and guidance on professional growth and project execution.
Work productively with teams to deliver innovative solutions and solve moderate scope problems.
Responsible for the delivery of quality documents within timelines established by Management and Client and liaise with Clients to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.
Provide support and input into proposals and variations as required.
All other duties and tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
Adhere to and promote all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Comply with the company QHSE policies, manuals, procedures, work systems and regulations at ABL premises, projects and client sites.
The roles are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN MALAYSIA.
Flexibility and willingness to travel as well as readiness for onshore/offshore assignments at short notice locally and globally for periods would be required.What we are looking for.We are seeking driven, solution-oriented professionals with strong technical skills to support Asset Management projects.
You will assist in reviewing client documentation, developing asset registers, and providing project management support while facilitating workshops and promoting best practices.
In addition, you:
Degree qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Petroleum, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, industry sectors, and the ability to apply standard methods and techniques.
Proficient in MS Office suite and capable of assimilating information quickly with excellent problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, creative, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
