Aircond Technician & Plumber

**Responsibilities**:- Inspect, Service and Maintenance of air-conditioning- Clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts & motors- Install, replace or repair equipment that has been damaged- Working knowledge of mechanical systems including troubleshooting, repair, and service & maintenance of air-conditioning- Attend to complaints related to plumbing- Check water tank and pump- Preventive checking on pipe network- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently- Maintain record of work performed and parts/materials used**Requirements**:- Experience : Preferable at least 1-2 years experience in Air-conditioning system service and maintenance job- Required Skill(s) : Basic electronic/electrical knowledge - General maintenance service, troubleshooting machinery problems- Positive attitudes and willing to learn- Responsible on job schedule given- Expected Start Date : Immediately**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Georgetown: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
