Airfreight - Customer Service Senior Executive (Oil & Gas Servicing Products)

Qualification & requirement:
- Candidate must posses at least Secondary School / SPM or Professional Certificate in Logistics & Transportation / Industrial Logistics / Integrated Logistics Management or equivalent.
- Require language(s): Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Good at calculations.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Airfreight Forwarding is required for this position.
- Candidate must be specialised in Airfreight Forwarding - Oil & Gas servicing products or equivalent.
Job description:
1.Handle export shipment for Oil & Gas servicing products.
2.Prepare quotation for airfreight rates, place booking, shipment documentation and update jobsheet for Accounts to do billing.
3.Update handling charges periodically and disseminating revised handling charges on timely basis.
4.Liaise with airlines and customers for all shipments related matters.
5.Internal liaison with Customs, Operations and Trucking Departments.
6.Follow up shipment status, inquiries and troubleshoot if any issues arise.
