Performs expense audits in compliance with Oracle’s Travel and Expense Policy and all related policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs expense audits in compliance with Oracle’s Travel and Expense Policy, Anti-Corruption Policy and Supplemental Policy on Dealing with Government.
- Documents findings and compiles reports;
- Identifies and escalates inconsistencies;
- Identifies improvement opportunities, compiles data and deploys action proposals to correct submission behavior;
- Provides ongoing recommendations for process and procedural changes;
- Performs ad-hoc activities, as requested by management;
EDUCATION:
- University degree
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- University graduate. A minimum of 6 months work experience represents a plus.
COMPETENCES:

- Good team player and able to communicate easily;
- Pays attention to details and follows control procedure;
- Fluent in English and Chinese ( Mandarine ). Additional languages represent a plus;

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Provides administrative support in accounts payable related areas.
Job duties may include: typing, filing, verifying records, data entry, generation invoices and purchase orders, opening mail, simple data entry, basic journal entries, balancing A/P records, process expense reports and other administrative tasks Researches and respond to internal or external inquiries; working closely with local subsidiaries finance staff. May audit expenses and payment requests against corporate policies.
Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is utilized. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Work involves minimal problem resolution following detailed instructions. Basic reading, writing, arithmetic skills. Familiarity with spreadsheet applications, 2-4 years of experience.
