I'm looking for someone to build a bubble chart in javascript (in Apexcharts or D3/C3) that will be used to support a demo. The chart will have 20 bubbles, each defined across 3 dimensions (x, y, bubble diameter) When a bubble is clicked, three sliders must be displayed on the screen which control the three variables - when the sliders are moved, the bubble must be animated accordingly across the screen.
