We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist to join our Safety Productivity Solutions team in our Kuala Lumpur office. Reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager. Your focus will be to develop and execute ASEAN and ANZ PP integrated marketing and communication plans with a focus on digital engagement with customers and enablement to channel partners, to drive Honeywell PP solution awareness and demand, and build Honeywell thought leadership in the target verticals including but not limited to Retail, Transport and Logistics, Healthcare and Manufacturing. Job Description This role must partner closely with regional and in-country marketing and sales organizations to formulate integrated marketing (including marcom/PR/digital) strategies and tactics to support the regional/country AOP achievement. He/she also needs to work closely with global marketing stakeholders to implement the global marketing initiatives and campaigns and promote Honeywell’s Power of Connected brand promise in the ASEAN and ANZ region. This role manages the regional marcom/marketing budget planning and tracking process. He/she needs to drive the cutting-edge marketing mix and best-practice ROI of marcom/marketing investment as well as marketing excellence with the broader marketing team. Roles & responsibilities: - Develop a comprehensive integrated marketing and communications plan for PP ASEAN and ANZ region that addresses the region’s sales and marketing objectives as well as aligns to global marketing directives - Drive and implement Digital First marketing and communications strategies, and deliver the integrated marcom plan on budget, on quality and on time with the accountability on marcom ROI - Identify the digital customer touchpoints and engagement channels, leverage website/ SEO/ SEM and other digital tactics as well as stoical media to effectively engage target customers and partners in the region - Leverage global marketing messaging, create compelling regional/ local contents and produce the relevant marketing assets including both digital (such as video) and traditional (such as print collateral) to enable sales, educate the target segments and influence customers buying journey - Leverage sales and marketing automation tools and processes, plan and execute regional and in-country automated leads generation and conversion campaigns, and support sales and marketing funnel expansion - Manage ASEAN/ANZ external communications including but not limited to end user / channel partner newsletters and/or eNews as well as the relevant localization - Manage both customer and partner databases in the region, partner with sales and marketing teams to develop customer insights, build up persona of the target customers and support customer segmentation - Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to plan and manage the regional and in-country Honeywell PP marketing events including but not limited to webinars, trade shows, PP end user workshops/seminars and channel road shows/conferences - Partner with product marketing and relevant stakeholders to launch new products in the region and drive the integrated communications for NPI, and support NPI Say-Do ratio improvement - Manage media and analyst relations in ASEA /ANZ, leverage traditional, digital and social media to plan and execute thought leadership initiatives and campaigns - Managed industry/ trade association relations and leverage industry influencers to build up Honeywell brand awareness and thought leadership in the target segments - Manage Honeywell brand in the region, represent SPS PP business marketing communications in ONE Honeywell initiatives in ASEAN and ANZ - Manage global and regional internal communications including but not limited to Sales Kick-off, regional quarterly townhalls and quarterly/monthly regional communiques in the region - Support both channel and customer marketing strategies including but not limited to solution marketing, omni-channel marketing and eCommerce initiatives - Manage the regional marcom/marketing budget planning and tracking process, support marketing operations excellence and marketing operating systems (MOS) at both global and regional levels - Support Honeywell corporate digital transformation initiatives such as internal communications and training activities on Software Ready organization development Experience Profile - A marcom professional who has the experience working in a matrix organization and track record in supporting and driving cross-functional programs and activities - Good understanding on digital marketing (Web/ Social/ Mobile) with a track record in implementing digital marketing /communications to increase brand awareness and improve customer engagement - Good understanding on content marketing with a track record in developing compelling marketing messaging and contents and creating marketing assets (video, collateral etc.) - Hands on experience in event management - Hands on experience in brand management - Experience in managing media relations and levering PR / digital PR to build up thought leadership - Understanding on marketing automation with some experience in creating and implementing demand generation campaigns - Experience of managing marketing / communications /PR services vendors - Experience of managing marcom budgets with a good understanding of ROI measurement - Strong interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills - Ability to collaborate and influence with competency in cross functional behavior - Willingness to learn with a passion for self-development and continuous improvement - Ability to see the big picture while stay hands on - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, anticipate and manage the different stakeholders requirement and expectations - A four-year bachelor degree (in Marketing/ Mass Communications/ Journalism or relevant) from an accredited college or university
