Your mission and responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to provide reactive technical support both on-site and on the phone to customers to ensure instrumentation up time and customer satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving applications related problems .
- You will escalate unresolved issues and monitor to completion
- You provide comprehensive training to customers tailored to their learning needs
- You will perform installation of new products and customer supporting after Go Live
- You will conduct product evaluations and system validations
- You will deliver product application training and support to customers
- You will submit daily report to Manager on application-related issues

Your qualifications and experiences:
- You hold a successfully completed Degree in Biochemistry , Biomedical Science , Medical Laboratory
- You have at least 3 years of Application Specialist or Lab experience
- Having knowledge in Hematology products will be an added advantage
Your personality and skills:
- You possess strong analytics and technical troubleshooting skills
- You are a team player with the ability to work independently
- You are proficient in both written and spoken English
- IT knowledge or experience is preferred
- Knowledge on Quality Control
- Based in Central / Malacca
- This role requires a flexible approach to working hours and travelling
- You should be wiling to re-locate if there is a business need
