Details of the offer

• Remind dean on meeting. • Attend and assist faculty meeting and any meeting representative behalf FBMIT faculty. • Prepare minutes and agenda meeting of faculty. • Send invitation for all lecturers on meeting. • Remind lecturers on meeting, training and workshop. • Send reminder to lecturers to send exam paper before dateline. • Send reminder to lecturers to send examination schedule before dateline. • Assist lecturers to print vetting forms, question paper and answer scheme. • Submit vetting forms, question paper and answer scheme to exam unit. • Follow up teaching load information with FBMIT lecturers for monthly. • Prepare and summarize teaching load for all lecturers FBMIT . • Update teaching load information. • Update lecturers information on education background and resume. • Prepare proposal on requesting approving any purchase under faculty. • Assist lecturer on preparing any proposal under faculty. • Prepare letter for student’s posting . • Get details from lecturer and prepare letter . • Send student’s resume and to the appointed company for training and wait for feedback • Attend online subject registration training. • Request student outstanding payment details from finance department. • Request payment plan structure and send reminder to student to settle outstanding payment. • Register subject in online for each student (FBMIT). Total (73 students) • Provides administrative support to an academic staff by assisting in filing, researching files and records, printing and preparing other documents as requested. • Supports the work of the department by purchasing equipment and supplies, maintaining an inventory of office supplies. • Liaising with internal staff at all levels. • Recording, transcribing and distributing the minutes of meetings. • Supports the department by performing all other duties as assigned by the department head. Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Degree in any field. • Computer literate, MS Office/Excel. • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Responsible, pleasant personality, independent, initiative and a team player. • Positive Customer service attitude.
