We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.As Area Manager, responsibilities include supervising store operations of the respective areas, together with driving sales and marketing efforts related to stores. The directions of these on- ground responsibilities are to be in line with the objectives of the business unit head. Additionally, new initiatives are to be implemented on the ground (including disseminating downline communications)
Responsibilities
Ensuring day to day discipline of store personnel are maintained, and customer service quality is maintained Doing market research on competitors in the respective areas Work with Human Resource department to hire for any vacant positions Working with the QA team to train new hires Developing a complete understanding of client needs Managing communications between core company departments, and the business unit Working with the business unit head on commercial focus, relative to local competition Maintaining store operational discipline, and ensuring downline communications for new initiatives are disseminated clearly and effectively
Requirements
