You could be a fit! Our client, a start-up specializing in e-commerce business, is searching for an Art Director.

What's so special about them when there are so many big players out there? Firstly, their business model - they are D2C, handles the overall supply chain by themselves, from producing a product to delivering to customer's doorstep. They have products in different market places - other than Malaysia, you will find their products are loved by people in different countries like UK, US, Australia etc.

What will you do?
Play as a Key Account Management for a portfolio of brands - you are responsible of the strategic planning and decision making; you are assigned as a Lead to provide guidance to the Designers in the team To drive a clear creative direction across all marketing channels e.g. social media, websites, photoshoot, visual Run and monitor different campaigns Up to date / trend: always have a good understanding of the market to have an accurate strategic positioning and target audience, in order to produce relevant works (sketeches, storyboards, art layouts) to achieve a higher conversion rate Comminicate and present the idea / concept to the management, and lead the team for execution
What you will need to have?
A proven track of at least 5 years of professional experience within the design industry Good communication skills in English Hands-on with different design software like Adobe Xd, InDesign, Figma etc. and the 4 points mentioned at start
