As anArt Directorat BLWN, you will play a key role in leading the creative vision for projects, working closely with the Creative Director or Head of Creative to drive innovation and excellence within the Creative Division.
You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the main creative concept covering ideation, naming, themes, colour schemes, and key elements while guiding the creative team in executing high-quality visual assets and collaterals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creative vision for projects, collaborating with the Strategy Director, Creative Team and Account Managers to develop compelling concepts.
Oversee the creative execution across multiple collaterals, ensuring consistency and alignment with the project's vision.
Lead a team of Senior Designers and Junior Designers, ensuring they meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
Mentor and collaborate with Senior Designers and Junior Designers, fostering innovation and skill development within the team.
Develop original, visually striking creative solutions that captivate audiences and elevate brand storytelling.
Ensure the highest quality of creative output, refining concepts and designs alongside team members.
Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating emerging media formats and digital innovations into creative strategies.
Strong copywriting skills are a plus.
Job RequirementsProven experience in creative design, branding, and layout development.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effect and Figma).
Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop unique, innovative ideas.
Confidence in presenting and selling creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt ideas based on client expectations and brand guidelines.
Experience working under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
A strong understanding of digital media and evolving online platforms.
A track record of inventive, compelling, and impactful design work.
