Assistant Branch Supervisor (Kuala Terengganu)

Requirements- 2 - 3 years of work experience- Preferably in logistics- Good communication and leadership skills- 6 working daysResponsibility- Manage the parcel and cash processing, disbursement and day-to-day routing.- Manage transportation / distribution routes of branches and solve problems during transportation for maximum efficiency.- Manage communication with customers and related people in all communication channels.- Responsible for ensuring customer information is accurate.- Check the records and reports of the day / week / month to ensure the delivery time is met.- Analyze the problem and performance and to propose solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.- Responsible for the daily earnings summary report and examining the financial system within the branch to assess the performance of day-to-day operations.- Supervise employees in terms of scheduling, provide adequate support for the resources used in the work so that employees can work efficiently.- Manage and train subordinates to ensure efficient operation and availability for migration in the future.- Perform work and other projects as assigned by manager.**Benefits**:- EPF- Socso- EIS- Mobile Allowance**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission payAbility to Commute:- Penampang (required)Ability to Relocate:- Penampang: Relocate before starting work (required)
