Job Summary:
It is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring all company's digital marketing platform in order to increase brand awareness, online presence and support to improve marketing and sales effort. you will work closely with Sales & Marketing team across all division with creative communication design services that aligned with company's brand style guide. The role will also be required to manage department operation stay updated of industry events, trends, changes and opportunities to continually provide optimum performance to maximize inbound traffic, customer engagement and sales leads.
Responsibilities:
Brand Communication & Creative Communication
Ensuring brand image and style guide compliance in every content creation, including test posts, video and used image.
Design and produce artwork for various marketing materials such as prints, advertisements, Point-of-Purchase Display, Catalogs, Leaflets, Posters, etc.
Support Marketing, Music Education and Retail on advertising and promotion materials
Update and report on list of job assignments
Digital Platform
( Website, Social Media and E-Commerce)
Manage customer inquires via SalesForce.com Report on website key performance index
Social Media (Facebook, Instagram & Youtube Channel)
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Responsible for company's social media daily posting and monitoring performance of the post.
Ensuring brand image and style guide compliance in every content creation, including test posts, video and used image.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing team across all division in their digital marketing content development and activities. Includes assisting in create landing pages.
Research, develops and establish engagement activities to increase online presence includes stay-up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals.
Interacting with customers and dealing with customer’s inquiries

Ensure contents, stocks, products & prices are correct and up-to-date. Work closely with Marketing team on administrative tasks. Monitor key performance indicators of e-commerce store. Feedback on weekly report on traffic & sales statistic. Suggest methods and suggestions for traffic and sales improvement.
