Assistant Finance Manager

**Position**: Assistant Finance ManagerJob Scope & Responsibility- Handle full set of accounts, includes general ledger, account receivable, account payable, tax and company secretary issues.- Ensure timely and accurate month end closing activities for group and its subsidiaries.- Manage the Company's cash flow and prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with statutory and other regulatory requirements.- Liaise with both internal and external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, etc. on company matters.- Liaise with purchasers, lawyers, bankers and government authorities on end financing facilities & project funding.- Implement financial work policies, processes and procedures to comply with the Company's objectives.Key Requirements- Degree in Accounting/Professional Qualification - ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity- Preferably with working experience in property development, construction or related industry.- IFCA software knowledge will be added advantage.Property DeveloperNursery and LandscapeBuilding ConstructionRoad ConstructionBachelor's or Equivalent
