Position Summary

Assist HR Manager in administering full spectrum of HR functions and day-to-day HR related issues and activities.
Ensure of all legal and all local employment law requirements compliance and consistent execution of Human Resources best practices to meet strategic objectives.
Conduct and coordinates the induction program and on-boarding activities for new employees including on-boarding satisfaction survey.
Ensure the monitoring of employees’ attendance and absenteeism on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Provide all reports in a timely manner.
Ensure proper handling of employee welfare and high level of service to all employees.
Conduct employee engagement survey, turnover analysis and come out with recommended actions for improvement.
Attend to disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, transfers, termination and other employee related matters in compliance with labour laws and in a timely manner.
Develop and execute internal communication strategy. Enhance employee relations through effective communication channels with all levels of employees and implement employee relations activities which will lead to a more efficient and motivated workforce.
Coordinates sport & recreation activities and function related to employees. Ensure that all activities been carried out as per planned.
Be the JOIN Champion of the site and organize CSR events.
Supervise the services provided by security guards to ensure that they are effective in keeping the premise safe from external threats towards the company.
Be the employee champion; responds to employee inquiries, questions and complaints in a timely manner.
Ensure consistent HR practices and healthy/harmonious environment across the company.
Ensure all information is kept at utmost confidentiality.
Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by superior.

Principal Responsibilities

Education / Experience Requirements

At least a Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management or other related field.
In depth understanding and knowledge of employment law and employment best practices.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

Must be able to communicate fluently (written and verbal) in English and Malay Language.
Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with employees at all levels.
Attention to Details
Functional expert in Human Resources best practices and legal compliance.
Able to work with data and show strong analytical skills.
Displays ownership of results and a drive to achieve with a passion for excellence.
Must have initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
