Job Description We are looking for an energetic and innovative new team member to join us as Assistant Maintenance Manager. You are responsible on daily operation and maintenance activities:
To provide leadership and coordination of maintenance building management staffs allocated to a project and manages the performance of the team.
For ensuring delivery of agreed mechanical & electrical building performance targets for the defined project or projects.
To ensure adherence to all company management systems and licence conditions.
To manage all onsite interfaces and de-conflict tasks and alleviate risks.
To ensure that all mechanical, electrical & building services activities on the project comply with all legal requirements.
To be proactively involved in supporting the Management throughout the duration of the project.
To provide maintenance and technical advice as required in the projects.
To ensure that mechanical & electrical risk assessments and safe systems of work submitted by contractors meet the requirements of the company management systems.
To undertake accurate reporting of all maintenance activities and issues which affect the progress and quality and which provide a reflection of the contractor's performance against the agreed contract programme.
To manage and co-ordinate the integration of the contractor design, manufacture and implementation packages of work as required by individual mechanical & electrical projects.
To maintain appropriate records of all work activities.
To ensure that mechanical & electrical contractors and their operatives comply with the approved design documentation and agreed Safe System of Work, together with Environmental, Health and Safety regulations.
To aid the early identification and notification of contract variances, ensuring they are fully recorded, to be processed through the project management team.
To respond to customer or contractor feedback.
To manage maintenance staff as required in support of project objectives.
Provide a daily safety inspection report for each of their projects.
To attend any emergency calls at the projects when needed.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or?Chargeman License.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in building maintenance field is required for this position.
Possess with own transport and willing to travel.??
Preferably specialized in Maintenance/Repair Building Facilities?or equivalent.
