Job scope & responsibility:
- To assist in daily administrative/operational duties.
- Maintain and update the database, files, and inventory records.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- To issue & filling invoice, letters, receipts of payment, documents & etc.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word & Excel.
- Perform other duties as and when assigned and/or needed.
- Able to work independently.
- Constant agility and speed in work completions and solution of finding.
- Good learning attitude, self-discipline positive work. highly committed and able to work with tight deadline.
