Assistant Manager - Content Strategist

Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!Develop PR and communication strategies to achieve functional objectives (e.g. communication of sensitive information to external audiences, drive engagement amongst agents, drive customer marketing campaigns .) ensuring that sensitive information is communicated with tact and that a positive image of Company is projected for external audiences. Strategise and manage internal communications including CEO, CADO and Exco communications with staff and the agency force, as and when necessary Evaluate impact of crisis events (e.g. regulatory fines, legal suit etc.) and formulates appropriate messaging to handle crisis Own the quarterly agency news letter – ADBUzz Develop strategy to maxmise outreach of content developed for the agency force Draw organization design plan for the agency strategic communications team - Develop and nurture an inhouse content team (content writers, designers) to lead agency engagement over a period of time Lead content creation and dissemination strategy (social media, Press release, videos, EDM's ) for Key Agency KPIs such as Campaign engagement rate, repurchase rate etc Evaluate impact of crisis events (e.g. regulatory fines, legal suit etc.) and formulates appropriate messaging to handle crisis Create/edit/re-write 'content' for AIA Agency web applications and portals to keep end user engaged
