Assistant Manager

Requirements: Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply for associate position Minimum 3-4 years related working experience in Investor Relations and Public Relations role and/or research field for senior associate / assistant manager position Excellent spoken & written English with strong presentation skill Good interpersonal and communications skills Able to interpret financial statements High proficiency in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective investor relations and public relations strategy and build strong relationship with investors to optimize the client's value and increase its visibility in the investment community. Build strong relationship and maintain primary point of contact with the market/research analysts, investment community and media houses. Preparation of communication materials such as corporate presentation, factsheet, anticipated questions and answers, press release and etc. Create and manage a strong reputation of the client by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties. Ability to manage and coordinate with vendors on corporate events for clients (i.e. IPO launch events)
