? Review and draft Commercial Contract / Letters / Documents
? Respond to legal queries and conduct research on legal queries
? Drive strategic projects e.g run workshop and develop new legal policies
? Formulate responses to Letter of Demand and liaises with external counsels on litigation
matters

; Requirements:- ? Bachelor of Laws Degree
? 8 to 10 years experience in legal field (combination of both practice and in house
experience)
? Must have Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP)
? Well versed with Corporate / Commercial Law, Employment Law, Intellectual Property, Contract Law
? Drafting / Reviewing of complex commercial contracts
? Excellent in written and oral communication
