Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance

PDI Inspection Buy Off:- - Responsible for monitoring the PDI Inspection Quality to Prevent Miss Judge, Miss Check to Customers.
- To Guide and Support the Executives in the Training and Understanding of the Mazda MES (Mazda Engineering Standards) to all the PDI Inspection Requirements.
- To monitor PDI Buy Off Output against the Tag Time Inspection Output.
- To prepare the Daily Inspection Data to HOD of the Respective Dept. concern.
- Quick Response to Part Quality Information ( PQI ) to Customers ( Local Customer and Export Customers )
- Export Cars Quality Monitoring (Export Car Carriers). Via: MLM Inokom Plant to West Port).
- Coordinate closely with the internal and external teams on customer delivery orders and monitor each shipment Yield. Apply countermeasure when necessary to achieve higher performance “ GOAL “
- Monitor vehicle performance & yield for Domestic Bermaz Motors Quality and Export Market from transportation activity until the unit arrives customer end.
- Assist the PDI & QC Manager if he/she not available in the plant. PDI Technicians Training Program.

- To Support and Work Closely with PDI Executives on the Preparation of the Inspection Skill of the PDI Inspectors and Technicians. ( Half Yearly Program )
- To use the ISFI from Mazda Corp. HQ (Instruction Sheet for Inspection) in the PDI Technicians Training Guide.
- Implement PDCA (Plan, Do, Check & Action) on the Project Activities.
- To suggest and implement improvement activity in PDI to achieve better performance team in the future Job Requirement
- Degree in Quality Assurance or its equivalent
- at least 2 years of working experience in QA or similar capacity
- Knowledge 7 QC Tools
- Familiar with ISO 9000 Requirement
- Good communication skill in Japanese will be advantage
