What You'll Be Doing?
Assist Marketing Manager in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue target.
Develop strategy, plan and execute all local marketing activities which includes :-
- CRM (via email, push notification, in-app banners and etc).
- Organic social media (FB, Insta, Twitter, Youtube, Influencers / bloggers and etc).
- Offline marketing (in store, promotional booths, events, out of home advertising and etc).
- Public relations (coverage in print, radio, TV, online media, blogs).
- Partnership with other start up, telco companies, banks and etc.
Ensuring consistent brand messaging and communication in all online / digital marketing as well as offline / traditional platforms.
Collecting data and tracking the performance of all marketing activities and channels.
Lead projects and campaigns which will bring high-quality customers into the marketing funnel.
Provide leadership, coaching and managing a team of marketing team members in execution of all the marketing activities and campaigns.
Keeping up-to-date with market trends and come up with creative ideas that are one step ahead of the competition.
Liaise and coordinate with Group marketing efforts, sharing best practices with peers in other HappyFresh countries.
Carry out any other duties that are requested by the Management from time to time.
Other duties as deemed necessary.
What We're Looking For?
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications or equivalent. Strong experience with both online/digital marketing as well as offline/traditional marketing.
At least 3-5 years' experience in Marketing or Marketing related fields as Exec/Senior Exec level (Eg : communications, brand management, public relations) preferable in FMCG industry, e-commerce, PR agency or event organizer. Experience in event management and has strong relationship with local communities, media, banks, telcos, celebs/bloggers, event organisers and other potential target groups is a plus.
Experience in supervising a team is a plus.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong business strategy and product marketing acumen.
Excellent level of planning and organizational skills.
Solution based thinker that can overcome the obstacle with problem solving skills.
Able to work on multiple tasks, ability to handle pressure and resilient personality that thrives on challenging situation.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
