Assistant Merchandiser Retail

**Job description**:- Processing PO start from Transfer Note (TN) completed with Delivery Order (DO) from warehouse, and Good Received Note (GRN) from boutiques.- Compile and record Product Allocation focus on Inner and Apparel Item after boutiques completed receiving stock on weekly basis.- Compile and record Data Closing channel Retail SKA on daily basis.- Compile and record Data Sold channel Retail SKA on weekly basis.- To perform filing documentation(PO,quatation,DO,Grn) Effectiveness- To perform documents for return item (rejected item) as required.- To monitor closing stock for Retail SKA and clean up min/max quantity based on data sold and perform with inter-transfer.- Propose stock listing for new opening boutique and event promotion- Update quantity sales channel in listing merchandising for masterlist markdown on weekly basis.- Performs routine duties including data entry for to record new stock as it comes (FG physical).- Visit boutique completed with reporting. 3 boutiques per month- Other tasks / initiatives assigned by management from time to time.**Requirements**:- SPM and above- Preferably with at least 3 years experience in managing inventory, warehousing- At least 2-3 years of experience related to merchandising- Good planning and organizational skills, able to work in a fast pace environment- Creative with analytical skills.- Good stress and time management.- Responsible and possess strong integrity values.- Meticulous and well organized.- Goal getter, energetic and team player.- Comfortable with data, analysis and deriving strategic decisions based on numbers**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Work from homeSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Nilai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
