Assistant Project Manager (Building Management)

Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations of the plant utilities & facilities effectively and efficiently with mínimal downtime.- To handle the management and maintenance of a condominium- To handle the owners issues- To plan for preventive and scheduled maintenance- To handle the collections- To handle service providers and contractors- And other matters- Perform any other works or responsibilities assigned by the Management related to engineering & maintenance**Job Requirements**:- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably Managers specializing in Facilities and electrical or equivalent.- Good all-rounded knowledge in construction management, planning capability, and contractual matters; adopt a lean mindset to cost and resource management.- Able to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve good results in project delivery; strongly committed to accomplishing the established milestones and other deliverables.
