Assistant Quality Assurance Manager (Food Production)

Responsibilities: Ensure Quality Standards of all food products are in compliance with Legal Requirements and Management Objectives Ensure that incoming components and raw materials will comply with quality standards, minimize the time and cost of inspections, and contribute to the quality of the finished products Review and analyze quality reports and all technical results of raw materials and finished products Responsible for the plant HACCP and GMP certifications Troubleshoot product quality issues and investigate trade complaints Requirements: Degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Microbiology or related studies. At least 5 years’ relevant work experience in QA, preferably in F&B production. Well versed with HACCP, GMP, and other food-related regulations. Strong analytical and project management skills, well organized and is able to multi-task. Able to be based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
