Assistant Quarry Manager

**Job Descriptions**- Managing the quarry plant operations which include the smooth running of the quarry plant, blasting and haulage of rocks, repairs and maintenance, purchase of spare parts, arrangement of ration, sales loading and genereal supervision of quarry workers.- Honest, hardworking & willing to learn- Able to work independently- Responsible for periodic production planning and timely execution to achieve operation efficiency and effectiveness.- Manage operation costs to ensure quarry operation achieve targeted goals and profit.- Control unit cost production and introduce cost saving measures.- Maintain Safety & Health Environment within quarry's compound.- Attend to all administrative functions related to quarry operations i.e. stock take- Interpersonal and management skill in manpower arrangement.- **Job Requirements**:- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English- At least 3 -5 Year(s) of working experience in quarry industry or in related field is required for this position.- Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.- Applicants must be willing to work in Tatau area.- Posess of Blasting License recognized by Department of Mineral and Geoscience Malaysia (JMG) will be an added advantage.- Full-time position- Willing to work in Tatau Area & will be based in Quarry.Other Benefits provided:- Accommodation, Transportation, Medical, Ration & Telephone Allowance.**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development**Experience**:- Quarry: 2 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)License/Certification:- Blasting License (required)Ability to Relocate:- Bintulu: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
