The Role:
You are team captain, running the outlet likes a boss, almost. You will be leading the team to deliver an exceptional food delivery and restaurant experience to our customers. You will develop your team to achieve restaurant targets and results. At the same time, you will maintain strong focus on profitability and uphold the highest standards concerning the quality and integrity of our food & services.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and direct outlet operations.
Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage the team members in delivering the EPIC’s experience to our customers.
Ensure continued compliance of all company policies and procedures (i.e. quality, service and cleanliness) by everyone in the outlet team.
Plan and manage local store marketing activities and to implement storewide marketing campaign.
Increase outlet performance through sales building, expenditure evaluation and effective cost control measurement.
Plan manpower, recruitment and identify training needs of the team members.
Train and develop talents.
Complete and review daily / weekly / monthly reporting timely.
Implement effective outlet administration, stock control measurement, security and safety measurement.
Perform ad hoc duties assigned by outlet manager.
Job Requirements:

Have great people skills and leadership skills.
Effective in time management.
Show strong attention to details.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Must be willing to be based in Klang Valley.
