We are looking for Associate Customer Marketing Manager who is able to:

+ Collaborate with Head of Sales, Product team and key stakeholders to develop strategy to identify and drive new product initiative for both consumer and customer.

+ Plan and execute effective & timely Go-To-Market plan, value stories & processes for the new product initiatives.

+ Monitor and evaluate GTM and marketing performance & proactively review improvement strategy.
+ Review & update GTM pack periodically & in a timely manner that is reflective of the current market conditions.

+ Support development and maintenance of product packaging across customer verticals, sales tools and processes

+ Assist in the monitoring, identifying and recommendation of areas for improvement in customer satisfaction and reduction of customer churn

+ Support Manager to ensure budget is managed within the approved budget each financial year for Customer communications, events and activities

**Requirements:**

+ Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business/Communication or its equivalent.

+ 3-5 years relevant working experience will be added advantage.
+ High proficiency in written and spoken English.

+ Ability to work well in a team.

+ Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

+ An ability to work under pressure and to a deadline.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and to prioritise competing commitments.

+ Innovative and able to effectively develop and implement marketing concept and plans

+ Knowledge of basic digital marketing
