Tasks & Responsibilities
Prepare and execute underlying fund administrator documents for subscription, redemption, and transfer trades for the clients.
Preparing the AML and KYC packages as required by the respective administrators of the underlying funds.
Timely responses to email queries to third parties and internal groups, as the case maybe.
Ensuring that all custody trades are executed as per the deadline without exceptions.
Prepare and execute wires for settlement of custody trades.
Ensure all trades are confirmed and accepted by the underlying fund/administrator.
Independently able to resolve all queries and issues from third parties related to the executed trades.
Qualifications & Experience
University degree in an accounting field.
Relevant years of experience with another fund administrator within the fund accounting space or the Investor Operations/relations team, or Transfer Agency.
Proficiency with using Adobe PDF.
Understanding of the Fund of fund business will be an added advantage.
Investigative and problem-solving skills.
Qualities such as attention to details and being organized are essential.
Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines, in a dynamic work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
