Asst. Technical Development Manager

Job Description Job Responsibilities :- To study and implement improvement & process methods conditions and flow as to ensure that product are manufactured to customer requirements and cost efficiency
Responsible for new product development and conduct functional and feasibility studies on all R&D matters.
Conduct work studies on material/machines relationship, and feasibility of new material/facilities..
Carry out trouble shooting on processing and technical issue.
Study on manufacturing operation and process in order to improve yield and quality
Work closely with marketing and manufacturing on product development and improvement.
Ensure that all new development and new material testing are properly documented as per procedures and work instructions.
Job Requirements :-
Degree in Polymer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 5 year(s) of technical development experience, preferabley in plastics packaging industry.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Mature and analytical as well as able to work independently and under pressure
