Team Leadership and Development:Oversee and mentor audit teams, including Audit Seniors and Assistant Managers, to ensure high-quality audit work.
This involves assigning responsibilities, reviewing work for accuracy and compliance, and providing feedback and training.
Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing and strengthening relationships.
Provide expert advice on audit matters, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, and deliver insights that add value to the client's business.
Risk Management:Conduct thorough risk assessments for audit engagements, identifying and addressing areas of significant risk.
Ensure that audit strategies and plans are appropriately designed to mitigate identified risks.
Quality Control and Assurance:Implement and maintain quality control standards across audit engagements to ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Review and approve audit reports and findings.
Strategic Planning:Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the audit department, including setting goals, budgeting, and resource allocation.
