Audit Manager

**Responsibilities**:Lead, manage and organize to perform and oversee the Internal Audit activities and processes within Harbour-Link Group of companies including, but not limited to:- Co-ordinating and developing Internal Audit processes to ensure compliances with Internal Audit Standard.- Review and analyze all existing policies and procedures of each respective operating units/activities.- Supervise and conduct independent thorough audits based on audit plans and targets.- Prepare and analyze all audit reports.- Draft recommendations on consent measures and monitor to follow up the implementation.- Report to Group Managing Director and Audit and Risk Committee.**Requirements**:- Degree in Finance/Accountancy with at least 3-5 years relevant working experience (preferable in a Big 4 audit firm).- Solid knowledge of auditing disciplines and strong analytical skills.- Excellent communication skills.- Strong leadership and organizational skills.- Maturity with excellent command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia shall be advantage.- Computer skills.- Matured, self-motivated and able to meet tight work schedules/deadlines.Ability to commute/relocate:- Bintulu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
