Bank Financial Executive (Bintulu, Sarawak Branch)

**Job Role: Help Bank customers to financially plan for their future through wealth protection, accumulation, and distribution.**- Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales- Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential customers for sales- Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers- Establish business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up-selling activities- Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers**Program to Nurture the New Joiners**:- Professional training, development and grooming programs to enhance their skills & confidence in dealing with customers, including PCE/CEILI licensing that will be fully sponsored by Bank- Fully supported / coaching by AIA's Banca sales team and the Bank's managers- Full suite of products available for FE that can cater for every customer's needs- On top of walk-in customers, monthly customer leads & referrals are given for FE to fix appointment to meet customer- FE DO NOT need to find their own customers**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
